Ovens



Our tunnel ovens are with great baking capacity and can be applied to baking bread, hamburger, custard cake, moon cake, biscuit, etc. The whole baking process flows continually without interruption. Our ovens process custom-built to meet specific product parameters, throughput and available space requirements, enabling cost-efficient production and rapid return on investment.

 

Gas ovens

Our gas ovens comprise multiple thermal zones, each with its own individually controlled gas powered combustion chamber and turbulence fan.

 

Heated air is ducted from the combustion chamber into the baking chamber and distributed via plena integrated into each layer of the transport system. Air from the plena circulates evenly over passing product before being returned to the combustion chamber for reheating and recirculation.

 

Our gas ovens are thus highly energy efficient, extremely precise and ideal for a diverse range of products-particularly those requiring an all-over finish, such as breads, cakes, pastries and cookies.

 

Electric ovens

For situations where electricity presents the most cost-effective primary energy source, we offer a highly efficient electric oven.

Our electric oven comprises multiple thermal zones. It is heated by electric heating elements, which are divided into zones of heating, each independently controlled.

With no flash heat, electric ovens also help reduce product wastage to an absolute minimum.

 

Infrared tunnel ovens

Advanced and efficient infrared tunnel oven features in high energy saving, low pollution and fully burning of liquefied petroleum gas and natural gas. Burner can mix with air during burning, which ensures a complete burning and thus reduce the exhaust of pollutants about 20 times. It can reduce energy cost over one half compared with electrical tunnel oven; and reduce 25%-48% energy cost than the tunnel oven which adopts traditional burning technique.

During burning, it can pass about 70% energy to become infrared by the form of radiation. This kind of infrared (2-4 pm) is very easy to be absorbed by molecule or macromolecule, and it has comparatively strong penetration, so it can cause the molecule resonance, and can evenly penetrate the heat to the core of heated object, which can ensure an even heating effect, and improve heating quality and drying efficiency.
